TNA Bus Hire will beat any Bus Hire quotation!
This is only applicable to authentic quotes from licensed transport operators as well as other Australian registered businesses for point to point transfers within Australia.
To clarify, the Best Price Guarantee does not apply to custom quotations that involve various movements/transfers or to other licensed transport operators.
Quotation should be in writing in a PDF or similar document and presented to TNA Bus Hire on the same day as it was issued. It should also be presented to us prior to booking and should be for the same form of payment. Price must be available, and be able to be booked by members of the general public. It must be for the same dates, number of passengers, vehicle class and/or type.
The formal quote must show the creation date and the total price including all applicable fees and charges (including booking or service fees and all charges for the form of payment chosen). Prices available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. This offer can’t be used for travel on the same date of the initial quote you received from TNA Bus Hire.
How does it work?
When it comes to our Best Price Guarantee, we are so confident that we will not be beaten on price that if you find a cheaper quotation, we will beat it by 5%, in the event this is not possible we will provide a $50 voucher to be used on your next trip. This is our promise to you.
It is important to note that this offer is limited to 1 per customer i.e. The voucher cannot be provided more than once to a single client or group. TNA Bus Hire reserves the right to refuse any person or company a voucher should they deem their activities or behaviour to be unethical, unlawful, underhanded or dishonest.
Step 1 – Supply us with the written quotation.
You can provide written transport quotes from:
- Other Australian travel agencies
- Licensed Transport Operators
- Other Australian-registered businesses or websites
Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available
A sales consultant from TNA Bus Hire, will first need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you send it to us. If the quotation is found to be genuine, we will beat the total price by 5%.
Step 3: Confirm Booking
You will be required you to book your journey when we beat your quote and pay in full on the same day, using the same form of payment as for the competitor’s quote. The change and cancellation conditions specific to your booking will apply.
